Guided Journaling

A Portable Identity

This interactive book is adapted from a program developed for the expatriate community of Bangkok, Thailand. It is the quintessential guide for the accompanying partner, with powerful exercises, essential information, personal stories, and a practical, easy-to-use model to take charge

of change during international relocation. Our model also applies to life transitions.

Meet Your Muse

Get intimate with your creativity to fuel your life and your work. Writing prompts, experiential exercises, art, and poetry combine to engage your innate creative nature. This book is especially helpful if you have doubts about being creative or want to reenergize your imaginative powers.

Dance/Movement Therapy

Find new pathways of expression that are liberating. We all have patterns imprinted into the architecture of our bodies that we can honor and uncover. We can reevaluate how we hold ourselves together and move through the world.

You do not need to identify with dance
to be a dance therapy client.

Movement, along with conversation, is a language we share in a session. Similar to coaching, clients set goals or desired outcomes, and I provide structures to support these.

“Her energy and calm, positive spirit transfers to her students.”

“I have taken yoga classes with Charise for more than 10 years. I have followed her to different studios and have worked with her privately in an effort to regain health and wellness after illness. Her energy and calm, positive spirit transfers to her students. I consider her a blessing to my life and her unique interpretation of yoga is invaluable to me." - Beth Cohn
